DTF Gang Sheet Builder
A DTF gang sheet builder that auto-packs designs onto the film roll with minimal waste.
A custom DTF gang sheet builder: pull print-on-demand line items, group them by film type from the SKU, and batch same-film designs together for production.
A shelf-packing (bin-packing) algorithm lays every design tightly onto the film roll to minimize wasted material — with manual drag to adjust and send-to-printer / PDF output. Past gang sheets are saved for reprints.
A self-built demo, not a finished product or real client data. It exists to show the approach — a tailored version would be built around your workflow.
