I'm Jack Ditto. I've been building software for 8+ years, including two as CTO of an e-commerce manufacturing company where I built the systems that processed 100,000+ orders across Shopify, ShipStation, and the rest. Now I do the same for solo sellers, small e-commerce ops, and small manufacturers — the ones who've outgrown spreadsheets but don't need a full engineering team.

Before You Book
Questions
Is the audit really free? What's the catch?
Yes, free. The catch is I get to qualify you — if we're a great fit, I'd love to do the build work. If we're not, you walk away with the plan and I move on. About 60% of audits don't turn into projects. That's fine.
Do I need to prepare anything before the call?
Nope. Send me your store URLs in the booking form and that's it. Don't pre-write a list, don't audit yourself first — we'll figure it out together on the call.
What if I just need a small fix, not a whole project?
Then the audit is the plan. I'll write down the fix, what it'd cost, and you can hire any decent dev to do it. I'll even recommend a tool or freelancer who's better suited if that's the right call. That's the audit doing its job.
What if my setup is unusual or really niche?
Custom is the whole point. The shops where this audit pays off most are the ones whose workflow doesn't match anything off-the-shelf. Personalized POD, hand-finished, multi-step fulfillment, hybrid drop-ship/in-house — bring it.
What if I'm not technical?
That's the point. You don't need to be. I'll translate. If a fix needs a tech term explained, I explain it. If you can describe how an order goes from website to shipped, you have what you need.
Will you sell my email or remarket me?
No. Solo developer, no list rentals, no remarketing pixel selling your data.
